Teamwork makes the dream work! Without any consultation on the subject, kevelairn started out by building a fast-expensive machine and fiesta by building a cheap-slow machine, both clocking in around 460 sum. The better of the two was able to area-shave to 439, with G+C almost identical for both.

But combining the ideas was the ticket, dropping to 414 sum. Continuing the theme of area being important, the final major concept was finding this particular triplex spot. It allows 2/3 of the bonds to "just happen" during normal operations, which avoids a whole-product swing and saves 12 metric.

The last 11 came from cycles saves. Janky moves on the constructor arm allow the hex to grab the next metals sooner, shaving the period by 2. The fire handler has a completely full tape.

Fiesta also wishes to give a shoutout to the pivoting hexarm (one of his favorite motifs). Its #1 assignment is not by chance.
